摘    要:公路基本路段划分是实施交通安全精细化管理的基础,划分结果要求具有相似的几何线形及事故统计特征。基于公路线形特征划分的路段单元,叠加动态聚类算法划分的事故特征相近的路段单元,提出包含分割与相交合并的基本路段分割合并方法,进一步以京昆高速北京段为例验证该方法具有可行性及科学性。

Abstract:Dividing of road sections is essential to implement refined management of traffic safety,and within the same section,the roads should be featured with similar geometry and accidents statistics.In the paper a road segment split-merge method is developed based on overlaying two sections divided by road geometric alignment and dynamic clustering.The road sections are divided based on road alignment features,or merged when overlapping relation exists.The feasibility and rationality of the method is verified by the Beijing section of Beijing-Kunming Expressway.
