交通与旅游融合发展规划目标体系研究

交通与旅游融合产业尚处在导入期,为科学合理开展交通与旅游融合发展规划的目标研究,充分发挥规划对区域及行业发展的指导作用,开展了交通与旅游融合发展规划目标体系研究。首先识别了交通与旅游融合发展规划面临的问题,其次明确了规划目标的选取应遵循的原则,最后提出由总目标、分目标以及规划指标构成的交通与旅游融合发展规划目标体系,阐述了各目标的内涵,并在规划指标下提出了多项具体可测算的衡量指标,可根据交通与旅游融合发展规划研究灵活选择不同的衡量指标综合表征规划指标。

Research on the Planning Objectives of Development Planning of Transportation and Tourism Integration

The industry of transportation and tourism integration is still in the lead-in period.In order to formulate the planning objectives research scientifically and reasonably in the process of compiling the development planning of transportation and tourism integration,and guide role of planning for regional and industrial development,a study of the planning objectives of the development planning of transportation and tourism integration is carried out in the paper.First,the current situation of the transportation and tourism integration are identified.Then,the principles that the selection of mater planning target should follow are determined.Finally,the three-level objective system is proposed that is composed of overall objective,sub-objective and planning indexes,and the connotation of each objective is elaborated,and multiple specific measurement indicators under the planning indexes are put forward,which can be chosen according to the actual study on planning of transportation and tourism integration.
