变截面曲线连续箱梁承载能力提升技术

摘    要:在进行桥梁维修加固设计时,根据桥梁结构特点和病害情况,量身定制合理的加固方案,可以有效保证桥梁加固工程的质量和后期的运营质量。从变截面连续箱梁桥常见加固办法出发,对增设劲性钢梁进行深入研究和探讨,利用有限元分析软件Midas civil分析了增设劲性钢梁加固对原结构变形、应力、动力特性的影响,并通过对比增设混凝土加固效果进一步论证了运用该技术加固的可行性和有效性。结果表明,采用劲性钢梁进行加固更有利于提升桥梁结构的刚度,更能有效地纠正挠度和提高结构承载力,具有明显的加固效果。

Abstract:There are various types of bridge defects and complex structures.When carry out design of the bridge maintenance and strengthening,a reasonable reinforcement scheme that is tailored according to the structural characteristics and defects conditions of the bridge can effectively guarantee the quality of the bridge reinforcement project and the operation quality in the later period.Based on the common strengthening methods of continuous box girder bridge with variable cross-section,through the in-depth study and discussion of adding stiffening steel beams,the influence of adding stiffening steel beams on the deformation,stress and dynamic characteristics of the original structure are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software MIDAS civil,and the feasibility and effectiveness of using this technology are further demonstrated by comparing the reinforcement effect of adding concrete.The results show that the stiffening steel beam is more conducive to improve the rigidity of the bridge structure,more effective to correct the deflection,improve the bearing capacity of the structure,and the reinforcement effect is significant.
