摘    要:针对于传统交通适用性评价过程存在的随机性和模糊性问题,提出一种组合赋权—云模型的高速公路路网交通适应性评价方法。首先,从路网结构性能和路网运行效率两方面,选取路网密度、饱和度等8个定量因素建立评价指标体系,采用相对分析法,将适应性划分为4个等级后,依次确定各等级区间范围;其次,基于逆向云模型理论,得到各评价指标隶属各等级的确定度,利用组合赋权所得权重对各个指标确定度进行加权平均。最后,根据确定度最大原则,综合得到交通适应性等级。以四川省高速公路联网收费数据和网络拓扑数据为基础,构建评价模型,最终结果为不适应,为今后高速公路网建设提供理论基础和数据支撑。

Abstract:In regard with the problem of randomness and fuzziness in the traditional traffic suitability evaluation process,a method of highway network traffic adaptability evaluation based on combined weighting-cloud model is proposed.Firstly,from two aspects of road network structure performance and road network operation efficiency,the evaluation index system is established by selecting 8quantitative factors such as road network density and saturation,and the adaptability is divided into 4grades by using relative analysis,then the range of each grade is determined in turn.Secondly,based on the theory of the reverse cloud model,the determination of each evaluation index's subordinate grade is obtained,and the weighted average of each index's determination is made by using the weight obtained from the combination weight.Finally,according to the principle of maximum degree of certainty,the traffic adaptability grade is obtained comprehensively.Based on the toll data and network topology data of the expressway network in Sichuan Province,the evaluation model is constructed,and the final result is not suitable,which provides theoretical basis and data support for expressway network construction in the future.
