基于运筹学下全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型分析

摘    要:全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型,对优化项目管理路径、实现管理最优配置、完善项目管理体系等具有重要意义。基于运筹学下,通过细化项目管理工作,利用指派原理建立了Drmax目标函数模型,结合宏观调控因子Dr,获得了全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型,并对其极限临界状态进行分析。研究结果表明:当γ→0,β→1,模型受宏观调控影响较大,Δn→0时,G(x)→0,达到最优调控,项目管理体系稳态发展,Δn→n时,G(x)∈1/2,1),n越小,调控优势越显著,Δn→+∞时,G(x)→1,为极大值调控状态,对项目管理体系产生较大的抑制效应;当γ→1/2,β→1/2,宏细观因素所占权重一致,Δn→0时,G(x)→1/2,调控效应达到中值水平,Δn→n时,G(x)∈3/4,1),n越小,模型达到最优调控,Δn→+∞时,G(x)→1,为极大值调控状态;当γ→1,β→0,模型受细观调控影响较大,G(x)∈0,1],模型受参建单位与全过程项目管理工作的响应程度、全过程生命周期内的参与程度、内部组织架构的复杂程度等影响较为显著。

Abstract:The comprehensive control model of the whole process engineering consulting project management is of great significance for optimizing the project management path,realizing the optimal configuration of management,and improving the project management system.Based on operations research,through detailed project management,the Drmax objective function model is established using the principle of assignment,and combined with the macro-control factor Dr,a comprehensive control model for the entire process engineering consulting project management is obtained,and its limit critical state is analyzed.The research results show that:whenγ→0,β→1,the model is greatly affected by macrocontrol;whenΔn→0,G(x)→0,the optimal regulation is achieved and the project management system develops steadily;whenΔn→n,G(x)∈1/2,1),the smaller the n,the more significant the control advantage;whenΔn→+∞,G(x)→1,which is at the maximum value control state,when impose a significant inhibition impact on the project management system;whenγ→1/2,β→1/2,the weights of macro and mesoscopic factors are the same;whenΔn→0,G(x)→1/2,the regulatory effect reaches the median level;whenΔn→n,G(x)∈3/4,1),the smaller the n,the model will achieve an optimal regulation;whenΔn→+∞,G(x)→1,the state of maximum regulation is realized;whenγ→1,β→0,the model is greatly affected by micro-control;and when G(x)∈0,1],the model is more obviously affected by the response degree between the construction contractor and the whole process project management,the degree of participation during whole service life cycle,and the complexity degree of internal organization.
