基于运筹学下全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型分析

全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型,对优化项目管理路径、实现管理最优配置、完善项目管理体系等具有重要意义。基于运筹学下,通过细化项目管理工作,利用指派原理建立了Drmax目标函数模型,结合宏观调控因子Dr,获得了全过程工程咨询项目管理综合调控模型,并对其极限临界状态进行分析。研究结果表明:当γ→0,β→1,模型受宏观调控影响较大,Δn→0时,G(x)→0,达到最优调控,项目管理体系稳态发展,Δn→n时,G(x)∈1/2,1),n越小,调控优势越显著,Δn→+∞时,G(x)→1,为极大值调控状态,对项目管理体系产生较大的抑制效应;当γ→1/2,β→1/2,宏细观因素所占权重一致,Δn→0时,G(x)→1/2,调控效应达到中值水平,Δn→n时,G(x)∈3/4,1),n越小,模型达到最优调控,Δn→+∞时,G(x)→1,为极大值调控状态;当γ→1,β→0,模型受细观调控影响较大,G(x)∈0,1],模型受参建单位与全过程项目管理工作的响应程度、全过程生命周期内的参与程度、内部组织架构的复杂程度等影响较为显著。

Analysis on Comprehensive Control Model of Project Management in the Whole Process Consulting Based on Operations Research
