| 摘 要： | 介绍了浇注式沥青混凝土在汕头礐石大桥钢桥面铺装翻修工程中的应用情况,分析了此次大修工程中所使用的浇注式沥青混凝土的材料特性,并结合本桥特点介绍了浇注式沥青混凝土的施工特点及摊铺施工过程中需注意的事项。首次深入探讨了螺栓连接钢桥面铺装层改造工程中的特殊施工缺陷——螺栓区浇注式厚度偏厚的成因,并给出了大修工程中采取的相应措施。

| Abstract: | The application of casting asphalt concrete to heavy repair of steel bridge deck pavement of Queshi Bridge in Shantou City is introduced,and the material characteristics of the casting asphalt concrete used in this heavy repair project are analyzed.In addition,according to Queshi Bridge's own characteristics,the construction features of casting asphalt concrete and certain issues which need to be paid attention to during paving construction are presented.Finally,the special construction defects during reconstruction project of steel bridge deck pavement layer with bolt connection are discussed,which causes the thickness of casting asphalt concrete in bolt area thicker.And the corresponding measures adopted during this repair project are also presented. |
