机制砂混凝土及砂浆抗氯离子渗透性能研究

摘    要:针对C30~C60四种强度等级,通过RCM和浸泡2种试验方法,研究机制砂混凝土和砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能。试验结果表明,机制砂能够提高混凝土和砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能,且这种提升效果对于低强度等级的试件更为明显。通过研究,证实在常见强度等级范围内,机制砂混凝土具有至少不低于河砂混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,值得在实际工程中推广应用。

Abstract:In allusion to four strength grades of C30 - C60, this paper studies resistance of manufactured sand concrete and mortar to chloridion penetration via two test methods, i.e. RCM and soak. The test results show that manufactured sand can enhance resistance of concrete and mortar to chloridion penetration and such enhancement effect is more obvious for test pieces of low strength grades. The research verifies that in the range of common strength grades, the manufactured sand concrete not lower than river sand concrete and deserves to be popularized and owns resistance to chloridion penetration applied in practical projects.
