重庆两江大桥超大吨位钢绞线斜拉索整体顶升张拉技术与应用

摘    要:重庆市东水门长江大桥、千厮门嘉陵江大桥合称“两江大桥”,其斜拉索采用超大吨位平行钢绞线斜拉索体系,稀索布置,索体规格为WQJX15.2-139,控制索力14500kN。针对2座大桥施工现场实际情况以及所采用的钢绞线斜拉索体系的结构特点,对超大吨位钢绞线斜拉索的整体顶升张拉技术与应用进行介绍,说明超大吨位钢绞线斜拉索整体顶升张拉技术的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:Chongqing Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge and Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge are collectively called "Liangjiang Bridge", which stayed-cables adopt super tonnage parallel steel strand stayed-cable system with sparse arrangement of cables in size of WQJX15.2-139, and control cable force is 14500 kN. In allusion to actual conditions of construction site of two bridges and structural features of steel strand stay-cable system, this paper introduces tensioning technology for integral lifting of super tonnage steel strand stayed-cables and its application to demonstrate feasibility and advantage of tensioning technology for integral lifting of super tonnage steel strand stayed-cables.
