EC-120温拌改性沥青混合料路用性能及压实特性研究

摘    要:通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、弯曲试验、疲劳试验研究EC-120温拌沥青混合料的路用性能,试验结果表明,EC-120温拌剂可提高混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,略微降低低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能。采用旋转成型方法,研究EC-120温拌改性沥青混合料的压实特性,试验结果表明,掺加合理剂量的EC-120温拌改性剂后,可降低混合料成型温度20~25℃。

Abstract:Based on wheel rutting test,immersion Marhsall Test,freeze-thaw splitting test,bending test and fatigue test,this paper researches the road performance of EC-120 warm-mix asphalt mixtures,the test results show that EC-120 warm-mix additive can improve high-temperature stability and water stability of mixtures,and slightly reduce low-temperature crack resistance and anti-fatigue performance.By means of rotational forming method the paper studies the compaction characteristics of EC-120 warm-mix asphalt mixtures,the test results show that addition of EC-120 warm-mix additive in reasonable dosage can reduce forming temperature of mixtures by 20~25 ℃.
