高速公路运营期节能减排评估标准体系构建

摘    要:为解决高速公路运营期节能减排技术实施效果的量化评价问题,从公路日常运营能源节约水平、公路附属设施能源节约水平2个方面构建了高速公路运营期节能减排评估标准体系,并以平兴高速为例,分析和计算出平兴高速运营期内节能减排技术实施后的能耗量。实例分析结果表明,量化的评估标准体系能够科学合理地反映出高速公路运营期的节能减排状态,为高速公路运营期节能减排技术实施效果的评价工作提供了重要的理论基础。

Abstract:In order to solve the quantitative evaluation of the implementation effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction technology during the operation period of expressway,this paper builds a standard system of energy-saving and emission-reduction evaluation during the operation period of highway from the aspects of energy saving level of daily operation of highway and energy saving level of highway auxiliary facilities.Taking Pingxing Expressway as an example,the author analyzes and calculates the energy consumption after the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction technologies during the operation period of Pingxing Expressway.The results show that the quantitative evaluation standard system can scientifically and reasonably reflect the energy saving and emission reduction status of the expressway during the operation period,The conclusion provides an important theoretical basis for the evaluation of the implementation effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies during the operation period of expressways.
