摘    要:通过对我国南方地区特殊气候条件的分析与研究,结合在大雾、暴雨、冰雪等恶劣天气条件下低能见度对高速公路行车安全的影响,介绍高速公路低能见度监测设备的工作原理、布设及数据采集,并阐述高速公路监控系统在低能见度天气条件下其预警、应急指挥、预案发布等方面所采取的措施及技术方法。

Abstract:In this paper,the working principle,installation configuration and data collection of the monitoring equipments working under low expressway visibility conditions are introduced through analysis and research on the special climate conditions in southern China and with reference to the low visibility influence of the harsh climate conditions such as fogs,storms,ices,snows,etc.to expressway driving safety.The counter measures and technical methods for pre-warning,emergency direction,pre-solution issuance etc.of expressway monitoring system under low visibility climate conditions are expatiated.
