聚酯纤维加强沥青混凝土路面研究

摘    要:基于马歇尔室内试验方法,分析影响聚酯纤维加强沥青混凝土的高温稳定性和水稳定性的因素,对于SBS改性沥青混合料,在马歇尔室内试验的基础上采用SHRP方法进行优化,从而确定聚酯纤维加强沥青混凝土不同纤维掺加量下相应的最佳沥青用量。同时对比研究聚酯纤维加强普通沥青混凝土和聚酯纤维加强SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能,旨在为聚酯纤维加强沥青混凝土路面的进一步理论研究和指导试验路段的施工提供依据。

Abstract:Based on Marshell indoor test method,this paper analyzes factors that influence high temperature stability and water stability of polyester fiber reinforced asphalt concrete.For SBS modified asphalt mixture,SHRP method is adopted on top of Marshell indoor test method for optimization,thus to confirm corresponding optimum asphalt consumption under different fiber mixing amount in polyester fiber reinforced asphalt concrete.In the same time,this paper compares and studies road application performance of common polyester fiber reinforced asphalt concrete and polyester fiber reinforced SBS modified asphalt mixture,so to provide basis for further theoretic study on polyester fiber reinforced asphalt concrete pavement and instructing test road segment construction.
