| Abstract: | The formulas of the strength of box section colunm are deduced in this paper. The sectional reinforcement and the strength of the box section colunm are calculated respectively based on engineering design and the calculations are carried out by computer programs, so that the computational efficiency is improved. The results are reliable and can be used for engineering design. |
