北京市VMS布局规划设置研究

从北京市交通发展的现状出发,分析VMS（可变情报板,Variable Message Signs）布局设置存在的不足,结合北京市道路建设智能化交通安全管理设施设置指导意见,综合运用节点重要度方法和交通区位线理论,研究并构建VMS布局规划设置优化模型——路段重要度模型,在此基础上研究北京市VMS布局设置规划方案,并为其他城市的VMS规划建设提供参考依据。

Research on the Setting and Planning of VMS in Beijing

Variable Message Signs （VMS）are applied to supply users with real-time traffic information services and adjust the distribution of traffic volume,whose planning and contribution is an efficient approach to improve transport jam problem and optimize the resources of transport system.Firstly the paper analyzes current situation of the development of traffic in Beijing concretely,and find out problems in the process of layout and setting of VMS in Beijing.Secondly,according to 《Guidance on Beijing Intelligent Traffic Safety Security Management Device》,it researches the theoretical approach to the layout and setting of VMS and makes the optimizing model of Important Degree of Link.Finally on the basis of the analysis above,the paper proposes a project on the layout and setting of VMS in Beijing,moreover it can provide references and evidences for other cities on the planning and setting of VMS.
