| Abstract: | In this thesis,the author discusses the functioning of the Road Incident Warning Mechanism through analyzing the relevant data and certain factors which would affect the traffic flow,aiming to lessen the impact of the road traffic incident.Throughout the following analysis,the idea of issuing the warning on different levels is introduced. |
