| 摘 要： | 在总结我国公路运输发展现状及趋势的基础上,明确了交通突发事件的含义和范围,建立了以智能交通系统(ITS)为基础的公路运输应急保障系统模型,并对系统的结构和功能进行了详细的分析,为公路运输管理实现智能化、信息化提供了理论依据。
