| 摘 要： | 为了解济南市BRT所服务的主要人群、出行目的、是否缩短行程时间、是否吸引私家车主乘坐和人们的满意度等问题，对济南市BRT沿线车站的乘客进行了问卷调查。经调查分析表明，乘客对BRT的满意度比较高，认为BRT的最大优势为速度快，基本达到设计目的，但车上比较拥挤，还存在需要完善的地方。
