| Abstract: | Traffic state is a dynamic macroscopic traffic flow feature or network pattern appearing with the traffic system operation.Analysis and classification of the real-time travel state can be used to provide decisionmaking support for the traffic control system and traffic guidance system.This paper discusses the need for the urban road traffic state analysis.Three analysis methods are evaluated and discussed in detail,and then some new research methods are proposed. |
