| 摘 要： | 在分析既有道路系统缺陷的基础上，提出一套全新的畅通交通新理念。基于该理念，重点阐述了三位一体的立体化城市交通系统的构建方法，分别从机动车交通系统、非机动车交通系统和停车系统3个方面进行详细说明，并对该系统在新城区及老城区的实施方法进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of deficiencies in existing road system,this paper proposes a set of new concepts of smooth traffic flow.According to the concept,it describes the meth- od building a three-dimensional urban transport system,and explains the system in detail from three aspects:motor vehicle traffic system,non-motorized traffic system and parking sys- tem.This paper also preliminarily discusses the implementa- tion method of the system in the new and old city zone. |
