| 摘 要： | 从分析上海城市快速道路交通管理的需求入手,对系统功能、总体结构和核心交通流算法模型进行了介绍。这些理论、方法指导规划了上海高架道路先进的交通管理系统实施方案,并集成于延安高架道路上完成了先进的交通管理系统示范工程,显示了良好的社会、经济效益。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of traffic management de- mands for urban expressway in Shanghai, this paper discusses system functions, system framework and key traffic modelings. Using these theories and modelings, ATMS for Urban Expressway was developed. The ap- plication of ATMS shows both good social benefit and economic benefit. |
