超薄封层在高速公路预防性养护中的应用

针对雾封层技术降低了沥青路面构造深度所带来的抗滑不足问题,开展了超薄封层在高速公路预防性养护中的应用研究。首先针对超薄封层原材料的相关技术要求开展相关试验,在此基础上,进行配合比设计。依托GH高速公路预防性养护工程项目进行实体工程验证,并对超薄封层路段使用性能进行跟踪观测,结果表明:超薄封层材料可快速恢复路表功能,并具有良好的抗滑性能与抗渗水性能。

Application of Ultra-thin Sealing Layer in Preventive Maintenance of Asphalt Pavement

For anti-sliding shortage problem caused by fog seal technology,which is to reduce the texture depth of the asphalt pavement,in this paper,application research of ultra-thin seal in preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement has been carried out.The relevant technical requirements of raw materials for ultra-thin seal have been put forward,on this basis,mix design has been conducted,and taking GH highway preventive maintenance projects as physical verification,tracking observation on the performance of ultra-thin seal sections has been carried out.The results have shown that the ultra-thin seal material can recover the highway pavement function quickly,and has a good anti-sliding and anti-permeability performance.
