AK16型抗滑表层的施工级配波动控制指标研究

以目前沥青路面抗滑表层常用的AK16型沥青混合料作为研究示例，应用灰色关联度的方法对影响沥青混合料性能的级配组成间的主次关系进行了分析。在此基础上，提出了采用实际生产级配与目标级配间各筛孔通过率的加权相对海明（Hamming）距离作为级配偏离程度的控制指标，改进了目前沥青混合料级配波动控制方法难于与沥青混合料路用性能相联系的不足，可为沥青路面施工质量控制提供参考。

The Analysis on Control Index of Construction Aggregate Fluctuation of Ak16 Anti-Slide Surface

This paper adapts AK16 anti-slide asphalt mixture which is used frequently in the anti-slide surface of the asphalt pavement in China as a research representative and makes use of the gray-related theory to analyze the primary and secondly relationship between different components of aggregate which have influence on the performance of asphalt mixture.Based on this,at the first time,this paper proposes to adapt the weighted relative Hamming distance of the passing rate of different sieves between practical productive aggregates and object aggregates.This paper also overcomes the insufficiency at present that it is difficult to relate controlling ways of aggregate fluctuation of asphalt mixture with the pavement performance of asphalt mixture.And it provides significances of reference for the control of construction quality of asphalt pavement.
