斜拉桥索塔锚固区结构设计及计算

摘    要:斜拉桥索塔锚固区承受拉索的巨大集中力,构造复杂,锚固区各构件处于复杂的应力状态,是特大桥设计中的重点和难点之一。以某长江公路大桥为例,对索塔锚固区结构设计及选型进行对比分析,得出内置式钢锚箱和外露式钢锚箱均适用于混凝土斜拉桥索塔,两者结构形式类似,只是与混凝土塔壁相对位置不同而造成的受力分摊上比例不同的结论。钢一混凝土组合索塔在一定程度上利用了钢和混凝土各自的材料特性,提高了索塔的整体安全性能。根据有限元计算模型及结果,进一步分析了钢锚箱的力学特性,并通过增加横向预应力对锚固区的结构进行了优化,为特大桥设计及施工提供参考。

Abstract:As the tower anchorage zones of cable-stayed structure, and complicated stress conditions for various of bridge withstanding huge concentrated force, its complicated components in anchoring area, which have made it be the key and difficult point in long-span bridge design. In this paper, taking a Yangtze River Highway Bridge as an example, the contrast analysis on the structural design and selection of anchorage zone has been carried out, conlusion has been drawn that the built-in steel anchor box and exposed steel anchor box is suitable for concrete cable-stayed bridge, as with similar structure and different force allocation proportion arising from different relative position of concrete tower shaft. To a certain extent, the steel and concrete composite tower, with taking advantages of the material properties of steel and concrete respectively, has improved the overall safety performance of the tower. Based on the finite element calculation model and results, further analysis on the mechanical properties of steel anchor box has been conducted, and optimization by increasing the transverse prestressing on anchorage zone structure has been carried out, which can provide beneficial reference for design and construction of long-span bridges.
