沥青路面就地热再生全过程温度散失规律

摘    要:为提高就地热再生机组的工作效率和再生后沥青混合料的使用性能,通过对两组不同的就地热再生机组各施工环节温度的采集,对比分析施工全过程的温度散失规律。结果表明,不同机组从地面加热开始至复压结束,其表面温度的集聚与散失均呈现一定的梯度。施工过程中提高机组之间协同配合的程度,加强其同步性,可避免由于温度差异引起的再生沥青混合料的离析。

Abstract:In order to improve the working efficiency of in-situ hot recycling equipment unit and performance of recycled asphalt mixture,the temperature loss during the whole construction process has been compared and analyzed by collecting temperature of each construction link of two different in-situ hot recycling equipment units.The results have shown that from the beginning of ground heating to the end of re-compaction,the accumulation and loss of surface temperature of different units have shown a certain gradient.During the construction process,segregation of the recycled asphalt mixture caused by the temperature difference could be avoided with the degree of coordination between the units being improved and the synchronization being strengthened.
