舟山群岛大榭大桥主塔施工技术

摘    要:大榭大桥是浙江省宁波市建设中的一座跨海大桥,主塔采用"帆"形钢砼结合塔,高138.291m。该类型主塔施工难度大,可借鉴经验少,中下塔柱及横梁采用C50海工混凝土,抗裂要求高。介绍了工程施工特点和总体施工方案,重点介绍了塔柱及横梁施工、主塔模板设计、劲性骨架安装、海工混凝土防裂等,为同类工程施工提供经验。

Abstract:Daxie bridge is a cross - sea bridge under construction in Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province, with sail -shape steel concrete combination main tower, which is as high as 138. 291m with high construction difficulties and few references, as C50 marine concrete being adopted for middle/sub - columns and tie beams, which demands high crack resistance. Both the engineering construction characteristics and the overall construction plan have been introduced, with being focused on the construction of tower columns and tie beams, design of main tower formwork, installation of rigid frame and crack resistance for marine concrete, which could provide experi- ence for similar projects construction.
