预应力混凝土空心板梁端应力改善施工技术

摘    要:未设置端隔板的预应力宽幅式空心板梁在使用过程中因各种因素的影响容易出现梁端腹板斜向开裂、支座附近板底斜向开裂等病害。为了桥梁运营的安全可靠,通过综合采用梁端底板粘贴钢板、梁端1m范围封端及腹板2m至3m范围加厚等加固措施,改善了梁端的应力状况,缓解了裂缝的继续扩展,保证了桥梁结构的安全运营。

Abstract:As web cracking at the end of girder and bottom cracking close to support bearings appear for the wide pre-stressed hollow slabs without diaphragm, in order to ensure the safety of bridges, some strengthening methods as sticking steel plate for the bottom flange, blocking the end of slabs lm within its end and thickening web between 2m and 3m to its end have been adopted to improve stress at the slab ends and avoid developing of cracking problem.
