| 摘 要： | 通过对旧水泥混凝土面板击裂稳板试验路进行研究,得出采用冲击压路机YCT25冲击压实10遍即可到达击裂稳固旧水泥混凝土面板的效果;通过对旧水泥混凝土面板注浆试验路进行研究,推荐采用声振法并辅以FWD截距法综合确定脱空板,同时得到了注浆材料最佳配合比设计。根据旧路处治情况,有针对性地给出了沥青路面罩面结构组合设计、罩面沥青混合料的主要技术指标和目标配合比设计。

| Abstract: | By study on trial section for beating and compaction cement concrete pavement by road roller（YCT25）,10 times of compacting can obtain good result.By study on trial section for the old cement concrete pavement treated with grouting,the paper has recommended sound vibration and FWD to determine whether the cement concrete pavement has cavity,meanwhile,the optimum mix design for the grouting mixture has been concluded.According to the old cement concrete pavement conditions,the paper has pointed out the structural composition design for asphalt concrete surface covering,as well as the main index of asphalt mixture and mix design,which can afford reference for other old cement concrete pavement treatment. |
