Discussion of Torque Loss in U-bolt of Leaf Spring in Heavy Truck

The force of U-bolt was researched on the condition of which the leaf springs were installed in positive direction and reverse direction in the paper.And the reason which caused the u-bolt torque loss was got through the comparison of force analysis of the u-bolt on the condition of installation and operation. In the end, the methods of reducing the torque loss of U-bolt was brought on by the mechanism analysis of which caused the u-bolt torque loss.
