| 摘 要： | 利用有限元方法对组合挂车装载曲线和弯矩控制参数进行了标定分析,并提出了有限元计算方法。针对典型12轴线液压模块组合挂车进行了研究,建立了组合挂车的有限元计算模型,确定出该车型的弯矩控制参数,得到了该车型的装载图。将该装载图与基于连续梁理论得出的装载图进行比较,验证了运用连续梁理论方法研究装载问题的可靠性。

Analysis of Calibration of Load Curve of Hydraulic Modularized Combined Trailer by FEM |

| Abstract: | The load curve and control parameters of bending moment of hydraulic modularized combined trailer calibrated by FEM, and the calculation method of finite element was proposed. Then the typical 12- axis hydraulic modularized combined Wailer was taken for example, and finite element calculation model was established, the control parameters of bending moment of the vehicle and draws load curve was got according to the control parameters. Then through the comparison between the load curve and the one that is obtained based on continuous beam theory, the reliability of study of problem of load verified with continuous beam theory in this article. |
