吸扫式扫路车吸嘴流场性能分析

摘    要:采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对几种带反吹循环系统的吸扫式扫路车的吸嘴流场进行了仿真分析。建立了吸嘴流体几何模型,再基于有限体积法选择非结构化网格对模型进行了网格划分,并采用κ-ε湍流模型建立了吸嘴气相计算模型,对模型施加适当的边界条件后,利用FLUENT软件对模型进行了数值计算。仿真结果表明,双侧反吹式吸嘴具有较强的吸尘能力和防尘效果,对各种情况的路面均具有较好的清扫效果,是较为合理的反吹式吸嘴结构。利用CFD技术对扫路车吸嘴流场进行仿真分析为扫路车吸嘴的设计提供了新的方法。

Nozzle System Performance Analysis for Suction Broom Road Sweeper

Abstract:With Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD), simulation and analysis of several nozzle flow field with the blowback of the circulatory system on the suction broom road sweeper is undertaken. Establishing the nozzle fluid geometric model, imposing appropriate boundary conditions, conduct numerical calculation with FLUENT sottware based on unstructured grid mesh model and the k-ε turbulence model. The simulation results show that: bilateral blowback nozzle has a strong cleaning ability and dust effects, and is a more reasonable blowback nozzle structure. Sweeper nozzle flow field simulation using CFD technology provides a new method and basis for the design of the road sweeper nozzle.
