PHEV发动机冷却系统优化设计

摘    要:基于台架测试,对某款PHEV发动机的冷却系统不同水泵转速的流量分布,不同发动机负荷的热量分布,以及能量流进行研究,发现薄弱环节并进行优化设计,基于AMESim仿真平台进行建模及仿真预测。结果表明,通过优化乘员舱采暖回路控制以及取消无效流量回路,可以实现系统水阻降低2.8%,电子水泵功耗下降23%,暖风回路流量提高27%,从而有效降低了热管理系统能耗并提升了空调采暖性能。

Optimal Design of PHEV Engine Cooling System

Abstract:The design of engine cooling systems has a great influence on energy consumption and heating performance. This paper analyzes the flow distribution for different pump speeds and the thermal distribution and energy consumption under different engine loads based on test benches. The weak points were identified,the optimization design was performed and then a 1D simulation model was established in AMESim for cooling performance prediction.The results show that after optimizing the circuit control of cabin heater and removing the useless flow loop, the pressure drop of the cooling system is reduced by 2.8%, the power consumption of the electric pump is reduced by 23%, and the flow rate in the cabin heater loop is increased by 27%.Therefore the energy consumption of the thermal management system is effectively reduced and the AC heating performance is improved.The study results provide a guidance for the schematic design of thermal management systems.
