基于多维度耦合的动力电池安全大数据监控

摘    要:近年来,在国家政策引导、标杆企业示范以及市场需求推动的共同作用下,我国电动汽车的保有量有了大幅的增加,且每年的总销量仍在不断的突破,随之而来的动力电池安全也成为了一个全行业必须面对的问题。除了在设计验证,生产制造等环节进行安全问题规避外,在车辆运行的过程中依靠监控系统进行车辆运行大数据监控及预警也很有必要。受限于数据采集频率以及数据采集质量等多个因素,目前动力电池安全的监控难度较高,算法不成熟,监控准确率低。分析了影响动力电池安全的可能因素,并且对每种因素可能导致安全事故发生的概率进行分析,对是否可对动力电池安全进行预警做了探索分析,同时基于可能影响电池安全的原因阐述了一种多维度耦合的动力电池安全监控策略。

Big Data Monitoring of Power Battery Safety Based on Multi-Dimensional Coupling

Abstract:In recent years, under the joint action of national policy guidance, model enterprise demonstration and market demand promotion, the number of electric vehicles in China has increased significantly, and the total annual sales are still breaking through. The ensuing power battery safety has become a problem that the whole industry must face. In addition to avoiding safety problems in design verification, manufacturing and other links, it is also necessary to rely on the monitoring system to carry out big data monitoring and early warning of vehicle operation in the process of vehicle operation. Due to several factors such as data collection frequency and data collection quality, the current power battery safety monitoring is difficult, the algorithm is not mature,and the monitoring accuracy is low. This paper analyzes the possible factors affecting the safety of power battery, and for each of these factors may lead to the probability of safety accidents were analyzed, and on whether to power battery safety to explore analysis has been done for the warning, at the same time, based on security reasons may affect cells expounds a kind of multidimensional coupled power battery safety monitoring strategy.
