基于车辆动力传动一体化控制的发动机控制系统

摘    要:以富康TU3.2化油器式发动机为对象,开发了该发动机的电子控制系统,将其改造为电控发动机,改造后的发动机采用了电控多点顺序喷射技术,并对各种工况都进行了优化控制,利用I^2C总线实现了发动机ECU与变速器ECU之间的通讯,从而实现了动力传运一体化控制。实验表明,改造后的TU3.2电控发动机的动力性、经济性都优于原机,实现了与变速器控制系统的信息共享与协调控制,实现了动力传统一体化控制。

Abstract:In this paper, an electronic control system for engine is presented.The control system was developed based on TU3.2 carburetor gasoline engine (FUKANG). The modified gasoline engine adopts the multi point EFI technology, and is optimized at a variety of operating condition,The communication between engine ECU and transmission ECU is realized through I2C bus, and the integrated control is achievesed.The results of experimentation show that the power and fuel economy of the modified TU3.2 engine improved greatly.
