摘    要:本文揭示了发动机进排气流制动的机理,重点论述了排气门反跳和制动功的问题,通过模拟计算,台架和实车考核得出以下结论:(1)每缸分别设置排气节流具有最小的排气门反跳和最大的制动效能;(2)进气节流剧了排气的反跳,对制动效能的提高有限;(3)总管节流应设置于消声器后。

Abstract:In the paper, the principle of engine braking process with intake and exhaust throttling was described putting emphasis on exhaust valve bounce and braking work. By computer simulation, bench and field test, three conclusions were obtained: (1) exhaust throttling in each cylinder had the least exhaust valve bounce and the most braking effect, (2) intake throttling exacerbates exhaust valve bounce but only has limited increase of braking efficiency, (3) exhaust throttling in main pipe should be set behind the muffler.
