富康988轿车行李箱盖有限元分析及试验

摘    要:利用有限元法对富康988轿车行李箱盖进行了弯曲和扭转刚度计算及破坏分析,通过计算结果与试验结果的比较,验证了计算结果的正确性。在此基础上,运用参数优化和结构优化的方法,通过多种改进方案的计算比较,找到了提高行李箱盖扭转刚性的途径及解决行李箱盖里板锁附近部位开裂的措施。

Abstract:This paper uses finite element analysis to calculate the bending and torsional rigidity and to make damage analysis of the Fukang 988 trunk lid The correctness of the calculation results is verified by the test Through parameter and structure optimization,the calculation results of different improvement schemes are compared and the ways to increase the rigidity of the trunk lid and solve the cracking problem of its inner panel are found
