汽车排气总管的振动控制

摘    要:为减小菜轻型货车排气总管在发动机怠速情况下的振动,利用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件对其进行模态分析。分析结果表明:怠速下发动机的激励频率与该排气总管的固有频率发生耦合,引起了共振。针对实际生产情况,通过改进发动机与排气总管的连接方式改变了排气总管的固有频率,降低了振动。

Abstract:To reduce the vibration of automotive exhaust manifold under idling condition,the modal analysis of an exhaust manifold was carried out using finite element code MSC/NASTRAN The results revealed that the natural frequency of exhaust manifold would couple with the excitation frequency of engine idling speed and caused resonance Based on the analysis,vibration was reduced by modifying the connection between engine and exhaust manifold based on manufacturing reality
