维修质量综合评价权重系数的确定与分析

依照综合评价的基本理论,探讨确定维修质量评价参数权重的方法.首先对客观赋权法和主观赋权法进行了比较,在此基础上通过实例验证变异系数法、复相关系数法和组合法3种客观赋权法确定维修质量综合评价权重的效果.结果表明,采用组合客观赋权法确定的评价权重,与实际中各个参数的重要程度相吻合.

The Determination and Analysis of Weight-coefficients in Overall Evaluation of Maintenance Quality

Based on the basic theory of overall evaluation, the method of determining the weight-coefficients for maintenance quality evaluation is discussed. Firstly, the methods of objective weighing and subjective weighing are compared. Then three methods of objective weighing, that is, variation coefficients method, multiple correlation coefficients method and the combination of both, are used for a practical example verification. The results show that the weight-coefficients determined by the combination method are closest to the extents of significance of various parameters in reality.
