摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于可变位置液压张紧器机构实现控制进气门关闭相位角的电控可变配气相位系统。该系统具有结构简单,对原机改动小,便于安装,成本低等优点。试验结果表明,采用该系统可明显改善发动机低速转矩、高速功率特性、燃料经济性及分工况的排放特性。该系统适合于顶置双凸轮轴车用高速汽油机。

Abstract:A new developed electrical control VVT system is presented which uses a tensioner with variable working position to change the intake valve-closing angle. It has many advantages such as its simple structure, less modification to engine and low cost etc. The test results show that the engine performance improved distinctly, especially in respects of torque at low speed, the power at high speed, the fuel economy and the emission in some working conditions. This VVT system is suitable for high-speed automotive gasoline engines with DOHC.
