水泥罐式汽车的罐体及车架结构的有限元分析

摘    要:简要叙述了某型气卸散装水泥罐式车的特点,建立了罐体的有限元模型,利用有限元法计算得到了罐体结构的位移场、应力场,找到了结构的薄弱环节,提出了改进建议,并且从电测试验上进一步验证了有限元模型及其分析结果的正确性。

Abstract:The characteristics of a specific model of bulk cement pneumatic delivery tanker are described and a FE model for tank body is established. The displacement field and stress field of the tank body structure are obtained by FE analysis and the weak links in the structure are identified. The suggestion for improvement is put forward and validated by electric measurement.
