发动机喷油噪声控制方法的研究

摘    要:详细分析了油轨总成的结构和喷油噪声产生的原因,针对性地提出了多种降低喷油器和油轨噪声的措施。在一实例中,采取减轻针阀质量和改变油轨壁厚与截面形状的方案,将喷油噪声降低了7.4dB(A),解决了喷油噪声大的问题。

Abstract:The structure of fuel rail assembly and the causes of fuel injection noise are analyzed in detail.Various measures for reducing the noises of injector and fuel rail are targetedly proposed.In a real example,by adopting a improving scheme of reducing the mass of needle valve and changing the cross section and wall thickness of fuel rail,the fuel injection noise is reduced by 7.4dB(A),solving the problem of high injection noise.
