摘    要:用简单有效的静电纺丝法合成了La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3纳米纤维材料,并采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其晶体结构和形貌进行表征.结果显示,合成纤维的直径在150~ 300nm之间,长度达到几十个微米.以钇稳氧化锆为固体电解质,合成的La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3纳米纤维材料为感测电极,...

Abstract:La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3 nanofiber is synthesized by a simple and effective electrospinning method,and its crystal structure and morphology are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results reveal that the diameter of synthesized nanofiber is between 150 to 300 nm and its length can reach several tens of micrometers.Potentiometric-type NO sensor is made with yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) as solid electrolyte and La0.7Sr0.3Fe0.3Co0.7O3 nanofiber as sensing electrod...
