关于提高桑塔纳2000型白车身扭转刚度的研究

摘    要:本文针对桑塔纳2000型白车身整体抗扭刚度提高问题进行了计算分析,采用三节点和四节点空间板壳单元离散整个白车身,建立了供有限元分析的精确力学模型。通过计算,找出了对白车身扭转刚度影响显著的部位,对这些部位进行局部加强,使白车身扭转刚度比原来提高了30%左右。为白车身扭转刚度加固提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the improvement of torsional rigidity, the body in white of SANTANA-2000 is analyzed in this paper. Using 3 or 4 node spatial plate and shell elements, a fine model of the whole structure for the finite element analysis is established. By numerical analysis, the members greatly affecting the torsional rigidity is detected. Some measures are taken to reinforce these members, which effectively enhance the torsional rigidity of BIW by about 30 percent.
