摘    要:对变速器齿轮用CL18钢生产时精炼炉渣、加硫方式、钢液Ca处理、成分的精确控制及连铸工艺参数进行研究和优化,结果表明产品各项性能指标均优于其技术要求.

Abstract:Refining slag control,the way of sulfur adding,Ca treatment of molten steel,the accurate control of composition and the parameters of continuous casting process during the production of CL18 for transmission gears are studied and optimized.The results show that all performances of the product are superior to its technical requirements.
