摘    要:针对汽车后桥主锥齿轮总成异响振动的时域波形特征,设计出可调的阈值参数,提出了随波形移动的时间窗和幅值窗分析故障特征的方法,建立起基于非稳态时变信号分析汽车后桥主锥齿轮总成故障的检测与诊断系统,解决了实际生产中人为因素造成诊断与识别误判率较高的问题,提高了生产检测质量水平.

Abstract:In view of the time-domain waveform characteristics of abnormal noise and vibration of the final drive gear assembly in automotive rear axle, the adjustable thresholds and parameters are designed, and a method to analyze the fault features by shifting the time window and amplitude window with the varying waveform is proposed. Then, a fault detection and diagnosis system for the final drive gear assembly based on non-steady time varying signals is developed, thus the problem of higher misjudgment rate in faults identification caused by man-made factors is resolved with the inspection quality in production improved.
