发动机电控冷却系统性能仿真研究

摘    要:在建立冷却系统各部件数学模型的基础上,建立了发动机电控冷却系统性能分析平台。应用该平台对汽车发动机电控冷却系统的运行控制优化进行了仿真研究。结果表明,电控冷却系统可根据发动机工况控制冷却系统的运行,有效提高冷却系统效能,降低冷却系统功耗,并减小发动机在效率最高点的温度波动,从而降低燃油消耗率和有害气体的排放。

Abstract:A simulation platform for electrically controlled cooling system of engines is developed based on the mathematical model for cooling system. An operation simulation is performed on this platform. The results show that the electrically controlled cooling system can effectively enhance the efficiency of cooling system, decrease the works consumption of cooling system and reduce the temperature fluctuation of engine at peak efficiency, resulting in lower fuel consumption and emission.
