车辆转向系统的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:介绍了应用ADAMS软件对车辆转向系统进行设计的方法,并对某车建立了其转向机构的动力学模型。采用了参数化分析方法,对影响转向角的因素进行了设计研究,并进行了优化设计。在优化设计的基础上。运用ADAMS求解出了液压缸的推力,算出了主要液压元件的参数。和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。
