机油LSPI性能评测方法研究

摘    要:改善机油配方是解决直喷增压发动机低速早燃问题的有效手段之一,如何评价机油对低速早燃的影响尤为重要。本文简要介绍了机油LSPI性能评测方法的测试硬件、试验工况、量化方法,重点对方法精密度矩阵试验设计、试验数据处理以及精密度限值计算做了详细说明。本文使用SPSS软件对30个精密度试验结果建立了ANOVA分析模型,验证了在正确使用本方法下机油是对测试具有极强显著性影响的唯一因素,计算了中间精密度和再现性的限值,为后续使用本方法开展测试提供了必要依据。

Abstract:New engine oil with improved formulation is one of the effective means to solve the problem of low speed pre-ignition of direct injection turbocharged engine. How to evaluate the influence of engine oil on low speed pre-ignition is particularly important. This paper briefly introduces the testing hardware, test conditions and performance quantification method foroil LSPI performance evaluation method, and focuses on the precision matrix test design, data processing and precision limit calculation. In this paper, the ANOVA analysis model is established by SPSS through 30 precision tests.It is verified that oil is the only factor which has a very significant effect under this method. The limit values of intermediate precision and reproducibility are calculated, which provides the necessary basis for widely use of this method.
