用人造多晶金刚石铣刀加工铝硅合金时铣削力的研究

摘    要:通过铣削测力系统测量了人造多晶刚石(PCD)铣刀铣削铝硅合金的铣削力,并建立了端铣刀加工铝硅合金时的铣削力经验公式。研究了切削用量,工件材质及刀具前角等要素对铣削力的影响规律。由于铣削是断续冲击切削,故障刀齿的切入冲击力对刀刃的磨损,破损有重要的作用,探讨了铣时切入角的大小对切入冲击力的作用,得出选择大切入角有利的结论。

Abstract:Milling forces when machining aluminum silicon with artificial polycrystalline diamond(PCD) millingcutters are measured with milling forces measuring system.Empirical equations of milling forces when machining aluminumsilicon with an end mill are created. Influence of the cutting output, the part material and the angle of cutting end, etc onmilling forces are studied. Becarse milling is a kind of interrupted continuous impulsion cutting,cut-in impulse forces oncutter teeth will wear and destroy the edge of a cutter. The effect of the cut-in angle on cut-in impulse forces is discussed.and the conclusion that a large cut-in angle is advantageous is drawn.
