空气滤清器对发动机性能的影响及亥姆赫兹谐振器的使用

摘    要:CA488发动机进气系统装上空气滤清器后在2000r/min左右性能下降很多,而去掉空气滤清器换成管子后有些转速性能反而有所升高。针对这些情况,比较了实际装车管路、去掉空气滤清器及其前面的管子、仅去掉空气滤清器代之以和滤芯长度相当的300mm长的管子三种进气系统情况时的发动机扭矩、燃油消耗率及进气管内压力波的变化情况,并分析了在CA488进气管中装入亥姆赫慈谐振器对发动机性能的影响。

Abstract:CA488 engine deteriorates its much performances after the air cleaner is installed in its air intake system and the engine operated with 2 00 0 r/min or so,while some rotation speed performances in the engine become better when the air cleaner is taken off by the tube.In view of this situation,the eng ine torque,fuel consumption rate and the variation of pressure wave in air intak e tube are compared by the ways of three air intake systems,i.e.the tubes instal led in actual running vehicle,taking off the air cleaner and its front tube,only taking off the air cleaner by using a 300 mm tube in length which equivalent to the length of the element of air cleaner.The effect of installing the Helmholtz resonator in CA488 engine air intake manifold on engine performances is also an alyzed in this paper.
