| 摘 要： | 基于正交试验设计方法对某车型前照灯高度调节系统参数整定方法进行了试验研究,采用直接分析和极差分析相结合的方法对试验数据进行了分析,确定了前照灯照射高度的最大影响因素。利用该车型搭建试验验证平台,对正交试验所得结论进行了验证,结果表明,新的参数整定试验方法在保证整定结果可靠的同时大幅提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | The parameters tuning method of height adjusting system for headlamp based on orthogonal experiment is made.Test data is analyzed by using direct analysis method and range analysis method,the most influential factor which affects the headlamp’s height is found.The result of orthogonal experiment on the test platform is verified.The test shows that the new parameters tuning method is reliable and improves efficiency. |
